Spicy Roasted Potatoes
The perfect crunchy side item with a little kick.
Ingredients

2 lbs red potatoes

1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp Moore's Harissa Hot Sauce

1 1/4 tsp parmesan, grated

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp oregano
-
salt

fresh cracked pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F and cover a baking sheet in aluminum foil.

Chop the potatoes into bite sized pieces and put them in a large mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil and Moore's Harissa Hot Sauce.

Pour the liquid mixture over the potatoes and mix until fully coated.

In another bowl, mix parmesan, garlic and oregano together.

Sprinkle dry mixture over potatoes and stir until fully incorporated.

Roast for 25 minutes, stirring 1 or 2 times.

Serve with salt, pepper and extra parmesan to taste.
