Pork loin roast, pork loin, pork butt or thick pork chop
Sweet and spicy / smoky all-purpose BBQ roast
1 bottle Moore's Original Marinade


1. Whatever pork you decide to use, wash and rinse well and pat dry.
2. Coat and rub outside of pork well with your favorite sweet and spicy/smoky all-purpose BBQ roast.
3. Pour Moore's Original Marinade in a separate container for injecting so as to not contaminate the bottle.
4. Inject pork thoroughly, pulling needle back as you're injecting
5. Let the meat settle for about 20 minutes. Leave overnight for even more pronounced flavors.
6. Smoke between 275-300F in barrel smoker for approximately 3 hours.
7. Cover the port and let rest for 30 minutes.
8. Slice and serve!
