Harissa BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza

  • 1 medium pizza crust
  • 2 cups mozzarella pizza cheese blend
  • 1-2 cups pulled pork (preferably slow smoked BBQ pulled pork)
  • 1 cup chopped sundried tomatoes (including oil)
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 tablespoons Moore's Harissa Hot Sauce
  • pizza stone or cast iron pan


  1. Pre-heat your grill for 500 degrees.
  2. Lay out pizza crust and coat in sun-dried tomato + oil. 
  3. Layer on onions, peppers and pulled pork evenly over the pizza. 
  4. Cover with mozzarella and grill (on a pizza stone or cast iron pan) for approximately 5 - 10 minutes (or until toppings are caramelized and cheese is melted).
  5. Remove from the grill and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle over some cilantro and drizzle Moore's Harissa Hot Sauce.
