Slow Smoked Brisket Sandwich

This dish comes from our friend Dave at @yardcorebbq. This is an easy way to make a tasty treat out of leftover brisket.

  • 1/4 pound of slow smoked beef brisket
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 2 soft white buns
  • 4 Tbsp of Moore's Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce


  1. Melt butter over medium hear in a frying pan.
  2. Slice onions and soften in pan over medium heat.
  3. Reduce the temperature to medium-low and add in the brisket to re-heat slowly.
  4. Start toasting the buns once the brisket is warm.
  5. Divide the onions and brisket evenly over the buns.
  6. Drizzle on Moore's spicy mustard hot sauce
