  1. Sprinkle pepper and seasoned salt at the bottom of the pan.
  2. Seasoned the steaks with pepper and season salt.
  3. Put the steaks into the pan and pour Moore's Marinade and the Italian dressing on top of the steaks until they are covered.
  4. Marinate for at least two hours and flip, then marinate for another two hours.
  5. Cook the steaks on the grill at 300-350°. Cook to preferred doneness.
  6. Dipping sauce: Pour a whole bottle of Moore's Marinade into a saucepan and add 4-6 oz. of water.
  7. Put in enough minced garlic to cover the surface of the marinade.
  8. Add ½ a bottle of Italian dressing and bring the mixture to a boil.
  9. Season the sauce with pepper and seasoned salt to taste. If spiciness is preferred, add hot sauce.
