Moore’s Beef & Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Moore's Original Marinade
  • 1 8-oz package fresh portobello mushrooms
  • 8 oz beef strips slightly seared before marinating
  • 1 cup red and green peppers cut into strips
  • ¼ cup I Can't Believe Its Not Butter
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Wipe off the mushrooms and cut off the ends.
  2. Marinade the mushrooms, beef, and peppers in Moore's Marinade.
  3. Let it sit for at least fifteen minutes.
  4. In a cast iron skillet, melt butter and add the mushrooms, beef, peppers, and the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mushrooms are very brown, 10-12 minutes.
