Ingredients

½ cup Moore's Original Marinade

1 8-oz package fresh portobello mushrooms

8 oz beef strips slightly seared before marinating

1 cup red and green peppers cut into strips

¼ cup I Can't Believe Its Not Butter

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt
Instructions

Wipe off the mushrooms and cut off the ends.

Marinade the mushrooms, beef, and peppers in Moore's Marinade.

Let it sit for at least fifteen minutes.

In a cast iron skillet, melt butter and add the mushrooms, beef, peppers, and the remaining ingredients.

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mushrooms are very brown, 10-12 minutes.
