Bacon Pretzel Burger

2 lbs ground Wagu beef
4 slices bacon, cooked
2 cups Moore's Original Marinade
4 slices jalapeño havarti cheese
4 slices smoked provolone cheese
4 pretzel buns


1. Pat out 4 1/2 lb Wagu patties
2. Season with salt and pepper and marinate patties in 2 cups Moore's Original Marinade for 30 minutes
3. Grill burgers to desired doneness, flipping just once. Cook for about 5 minutes on the first side, and another 3-4 minutes on the second side. Make sure internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees. Add jalapeño havarti cheese, and let rest for 3 minutes
4.  Butter both sides of pretzel bun and toast in skillet
5. Add smoked provolone cheese to each side of the bun and melt. Remove when cheese is melted
6. Dress burger with bacon, mustard and onion
