Must-Have Foods for Your Master’s Viewing Party
The second Sunday of April is upon us, which has us day dreaming of manicured fairways, blooming azaleas, pastel polos, green jackets, and of course, the quintessential picnic sandwiches served at the Master’s Tournament in Augusta, Georgia. Unfortunately, we can’t all flock to the fairway to enjoy the tournament and the traditional Master’s cuisine first-hand. But, with these three recipes, you can relish the flavors of Augusta in your own home while keeping an eye on the leaderboard.
Pimento cheese sandwiches are a must-have on any Master’s menu. Made with a dash of Moore’s Original Buffalo Wing Sauce and grilled to perfection, this southern staple will be a hole-in-one with your guests. The Master’s tournament is also known for its iconic egg salad sandwich. With just six ingredients and four steps, you can whip up the Moore’s Egg Salad Sandwich in just a few minutes. Chicken salad is another classic you need to complete your Master’s spread. Whether it’s served with crackers or as a sandwich, you can’t go wrong with the Moore’s Zesty Grilled Chicken Salad. 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 cups Colby Cheese, shredded
2 jars diced Pimento Peppers, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
½ tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Moore’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
8 pats of butter
8 Slices Bread
Bacon, if desired
  1. Mix all ingredients together, except butter and bread.
  2. Spread Pimento Cheese mixture in between two bread slices. Top mixture with cooked bacon if desired.
  3. Heat pan on medium and put a slice of butter in pan. Let melt.
  4. Once butter is melted, put sandwich in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until brown and crispy. Take sandwich out of the pan and place another slice of butter in pan. Once butter is melted, place sandwich back in pan to grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes until brown and crispy. 
6 hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp. onion, finely diced
1 Tbsp. celery, finely diced
2-3 Tbsp. mayo
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. Moore's Original Marinade
Flaky Croissants, sliced (or sliced bread of your choice)
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, onion, celery, mayo, mustard and Moore's Original Marinade.  
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Chill until ready to serve.
  4. Spread mixture on a flaky croissant (or bread of your choice)
2 cups finely chopped grilled chicken breast
1 stalk diced celery
1/2 cup Moore’s Zesty Garden Herb Marinade
1/2 cup mayo

1 tsp Horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Siracha
1 teaspoon Moore's Original Marinade
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
6 oz. clamato/tomato juice
2 oz. vodka
cucumber slices, beef jerky, pickled okra and green beans to garnish, optional
  1. Combine all ingredients except garnish.
  2. Shake over ice.
  3. Add desired garnishes and serve.
