Haunted Halloween Dishes
Though Halloween is all about candy and sweets, it is still important that the kids (and adults) enjoy a hearty meal before trick-or-treating. These chili, pasta and pizza recipes are not only delicious, but they’re also convenient to make ahead and reheat or throw together the night of Halloween. Plus, there’s no trick to transforming these classic Moore’s recipes into hauntingly festive Halloween dishes. First, try using meat sauce, mozzarella slices and black olives to make a creepy face on a plate of pasta. 
¼ cup Moore's Original Marinade
1-½ lbs. ground round
2 tbsp. butter
½ medium onion chopped
Italian seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
1 16-oz can of tomato sauce
1 16-oz can of tomato juice
Your choice of pasta
  1. Mix marinade with ground round.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion.
  3. Add the ground round and cook until the meat is well done.
  4. Drain the fat off the meat and add the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  5. Add the tomato sauce and can of tomato juice. Cover and simmer for 15 to 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over your choice of pasta.
Add a spooky touch to this pizza by topping it with ghost-shaped slices of mozzarella cheese. 
1 Pizza Crust
1 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing
1 lb. Ground Turkey (Browned)
4 Tbsp. Moore's Buffalo Sauce
1 Sliced Tomato
5 Slices Fresh Mozzarella
2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella
Green Onion to garnish
  1. Start by prepping your ingredients with an OXO mandolin/shredder.
  2. Brown your turkey and add the Moore's Buffalo Sauce until well coated.
  3. Using the pizza crust of your choice add blue cheese dressing in an even layer.
  4. Then add a layer of shredded cheese.
  5. Add your toppings spread evenly over your pizza.
  6. Bake at 425* F for 10 Minutes.

Lastly, serve Moore’s Original Chili in a witch-like pot or a hollowed-out pumpkin for a festive touch. You could even top the chili with cheese slices shaped like Halloween creatures! 
2 lbs. ground beef 
1 cup Moore's Original Marinade
1 cup onions, chopped
3/4 cup green peppers, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (16oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4oz.) can green chilis
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Shredded cheddar, sour cream, crackers or cornbread (optional)
