Is your fridge loaded with leftovers? Lucky you! Holiday dinners are truly the gifts that keeps on giving. Make the most out of your festive feasts by transforming the leftovers into satisfying sandwiches and casseroles.  
The simple tastiness of Moore’s Ham and Swiss Sliders makes them an all-time favorite. Serve them for brunch, lunch or even as a snack! Whatever the occasion, they will be a crowd-pleaser! If you still have more ham to use, try a variation of our family favorite Sausage & Cheese Muffins. 
Now for the turkey leftovers… Moore’s Turkey Buffalo Ranch Roll Ups are quick, easy and a must-have for kids’ lunches! Use the remaining turkey to whip up Moore’s Turkey Enchiladas for an easy, one-dish dinner. Check out all the recipes below! 
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. Moore's Original Marinade
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
12 Hawaiian dinner rolls, sliced open
12 pieces of ham
12 pieces of Swiss cheese, cut to fit roll size
  1. Melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat.
  2. To the melted butter add onion, mustard, Moore's, sugar and poppy seeds. Stir to mix.
  3. Separate rolls and place the bottoms in a sprayed 9"X13" oven safe dish.
  4. Brush butter mixture over the bottoms of the rolls.
  5. Stuff each roll with a piece of ham and a piece of cheese.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls (inside and out) with the butter mixture.
  7. At this point you can cover and refrigerate up to two days before baking.
  8. To bake, cover the dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  9. Then uncover and bake for about 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
Sausage & Cheese Muffins
Tip: We're replacing cooked sausage from the original recipe with cooked ham.
1 lb ham, cooked through and diced
3 cups all purpose baking mix
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup buttermilk (You can substitute with water or milk.)
1-2 cups Moore's Honey BBQ Wing Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Mix ham, baking mix and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the soup and buttermilk.
  4. Add the soup mixture to the ham mixture, stirring just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Scoop mixture into lightly greased muffin tins, filling to the top.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Serve with Moore's Honey BBQ Wing Sauce for dipping.

1 lb turkey, sliced
1 cup Moore's Creamy Ranch Buffalo
1 pack of tortillas
1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 Globe tomato, chopped
  1. Cut turkey into slices of desired thinness.
  2. Spread Moore's Creamy Ranch Buffalo sauce on tortillas and add turkey, lettuce, and tomato.
  3. Roll up tightly and cut in half for serving.
¼ cup Moore's Original Marinade
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green chilies, diced
12 flour or corn tortillas
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
½ cup onion chopped
2 cups cooked turkey cubed
  1. Combine Moore's Marinade, soup, sour cream and chilies in a medium pot. 
  2. Heat thoroughly.
  3. Warm tortillas in damp towel in microwave.
  4. Coat a 13X9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Mix cheeses, onion, turkey and 1 cup soup mixture, in a separate bowl.
  6. Add 2 tbsp of cheese/turkey mixture in center of each tortilla.
  7. Then roll tortilla up and place in baking dish
  8. Pour remaining soup mixture over top and sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
