Gameday Grilling 101

Gamedays at home usually mean firing up the grill to serve a group of hungry guests. But, before you get the grill going, check out these tips and tricks:
  1. Pre-Game Prep: To avoid feeling rushed, marinate your meats and pack your patties the day before the gameday party.
  2. Game Time: Timing is key. Depending on what you choose to grill, be sure to consider the varying heats and lengths of grilling times required for different meats.
  3. Post-Game Clean Up: Last, but not least, don’t leave your grill dirty. Brush the grates, and wipe down the exterior, and you’re good to go.

Burgers, chicken wings and hot dogs are classic and satisfying crowd-pleasers. Once you’ve reviewed these guidelines, gear up for some gameday grilling with these four recipes!
