Cinco de Mayo Essentials

To eat:

Spicy Enchiladas
Gardein Meatless "Beef" Crumbles
2 cans enchilada sauce
2-3 tablespoons Moore's Habanero Hot Sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles (use the chipotle version for extra heat)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
12 corn (or flour) tortillas
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Spicy Fish Tacos

2 tablespoons Moore's Jalapeño Hot Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
9 fish sticks
9 small corn tortillas
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
sour cream, to taste

Buffalo Chicken Nachos

1lb chicken cutlets
1/2 cup Moore’s Creamy Ranch Buffalo Wing Sauce
2oz Cream Cheese
Bagged Salad
Tortilla Chips
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Sweet & Spicy Fish Tacos

4 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Moore’s Original Marinade
Juice of 1 lime and zest
2 peppers out of 7 oz. can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
4-6 fish fillets (Grouper, Tilapia, or your fresh catch)
Plain Greek yogurt, limes, salsa - optional

Slaw Ingredients
1 head cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

To drink:

Jalapeño Margarita

3 cups white tequila
1 cup Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
1.5 cups fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Moore's Jalapeño Hot Sauce (more to add extra spice)
Lime slices, for garnish

Tomatillo Bloody Mary

2 lbs. tomatillos, husked, washed and cored
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and rough chopped
3 Tbsp. to 1/4 cup Jalapeño Hot Sauce
2 celery stalks, rough chopped
1 shallot, peeled and rough chopped
1/3 cup lime juice
1 cup cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Garnishes: Picked okra, celery and lime wedge
