Fried Chicken Livers Recipe

Chef Clif Holt of Little Savannah Restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama prepared this recipe for Fox News. Don't be scared to try it! It tasted great and is loaded with IRON!!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 onion peeled
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pound seasonal greens
- splash of water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Moore's Marinade
Instructions
- Heat oil to medium heat. Sautee onions for 4-5 minutes until soft but not brown.
- Add greens (cooking times vary depending on greens). Add water.
- Season liver with salt and pepper. Sautee liver in clarified butter. It is almost done when you press on it and it gives you some resistance.
