Lovin’s Jerky

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Moore's Original Marinade
  • 3 lbs venison
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp dried onion

Instructions

  1. Slice venison to desired thickness and place in a ziploc bag or container with a lid.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the venison.
  3. Seal the container (or bag) and shake, evenly coating the venison.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Spread venison out on dehydrator trays or racks for the oven.
  6. Sprinkle with coarse black pepper to taste.
  7. To dry, follow dehydrator directions or set oven on the lowest settings and leave the door slightly open until the drying is complete (6-8 hours.)
