Dove Shish Kebobs

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Moore's Original Marinade
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 5 onions quartered
  • 3 bell peppers
  • ¼ cup cooking sherry
  • 15 dove breasts filleted
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 1 lb fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Marinade dove breast halves in cooking sherry, Moore's Original Marinade, vinegar and garlic salt overnight.
  2. Wrap each dove half in ¼ slice of bacon.
  3. Place dove, onion, dove, bell pepper, tomato, dove and mushroom – in that order – on the skewers and place on grill at meduim heat.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Brush often with remaining marinade.
