Zesty Garden Herb Smoked Chicken

7 chicken thighs
1/2 bottle Moore's Zesty Garden Herb Marinade
Needled meat tenderizer (optional)
Smoker or grill set up for indirect heating


1. Place thighs in a non-reactive container and use the meat tenderizer tool to poke tiny holes throughout the chicken
2. Pour marinade over the thighs until almost submerged. Cover and marinate overnight. The longer, the better!
3. Prepare the smoker with coals of your choice and add some oak chips or chunks, for extra smoke.
4. Smoke thighs at 275-300 degress F for approximately 1.5 hours or until the skin is crispy and chicken in cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F
