Ingredients

  • 4 uncooked boneless chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • ½ cup Moore's Teryaki Marinade
  • 1 can chunk pineapple reserve juice
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic minced

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl, mix Moore's Teriyaki Marinade, vinegar, ginger, garlic, pineapple juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut chicken into bite size cubes and add to the mixture.
  3. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Drain chicken.
  5. Then, on metal skewers alternate with chicken, tomato, pineapple and onion.
  6. Prior to lighting grill, coat with non-stick cooking spray and turn often until chicken is fully cooked.
