Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Moore's Original Marinade
  • 2/3 cup beer
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • flank steak
  • peppers, onion, or fresh toppings of your choice
  • flour tortillas 

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in which to marinate flank steaks for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from marinade and grill or broil until desired doneness.
  3. Slice steak thinly across grain; roll in warmed flour tortillas with chopped tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream and/or toppings of your choice.
