Brisket Chili

Great new recipe from Gary Lanton from the Holy Smokes BBQ Team. 

Ingredients

1 Yellow Onion sautéed
1 stick of Butter
1 Cubano Pepper diced
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 can Pinto Beans (both with juice)
2-4 oz Moore's Jalapeño Hot Sauce
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 tbs Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, stir in ingredients. 
  2. Bring chili to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Taste for seasoning and season with salt and pepper, if necessary.
