Slider Snacks for the Kids and a Moore’s Bloody Mary for Mom When the kids are playing outside during these hot summer months, they’re eventually going to come in with a giant thirst, as well as a giant appetite!

Sliders are great for a summertime afternoon snack, and everyone knows kids enjoy eating them!

Buffalo Chicken Salad Sliders
Ingredients:
4 cups shredded chicken
1 cup white onion diced
1 cup celery diced
1/2 cup Moore’s Buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing (use 1/3 cup for more spiciness)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pack of King’s Hawaiian Rolls
 
Directions:
  1. Cut up cooked chicken, celery, and onion and combine. Add salt and pepper to taste
  2. Mix ranch and buffalo sauce together in a bowl
  3. Pour buffalo/ranch mix in chicken mixture and toss until chicken is coated in sauce
  4. Put on King’s Hawaiian Roll, or try it in a tortilla, on bread, on top of a salad, or eat it with crackers!
 
 
Moore’s Teriyaki and Pineapple Burger Sliders
Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef
4 T. Moore’s Teriyaki Marinade
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh pineapple rings
6-12 Provolone cheese slices, optional
1 pack of slider buns
 
Directions
  1. Mix Ground Beef with 3 tablespoons of the Teriyaki Marinade, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Form beef into 12 small patties
  3. Cook on outdoor grill until done
  4. 5 minutes before the burgers are done, place pineapple rings on the grill and cook, basting occasionally with the remaining marinade. 
  5. Just as burgers finish cooking, top each with a pineapple ring and a slice of cheese. 
  6. Close grill lid just until cheese melts. 
  7. Serve with your favorite toppings and buns.
 
 
Moore’s Chicken Sliders
Ingredients
    1 cup Moore's Original Marinade
    ½ cup lemon juice
    4-6 chicken breasts
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    ½ cup butter
    1 pack slider buns
 
Instructions
  1. Mix Moore's Marinade, lemon juice, pepper and melted butter
  2. Pour over chicken
  3. Bake in oven until fully cooked, about 30-45 minutes
  4. Place chicken on cutting board and cut breasts in half
  5. Place each half chicken breast on slider bun
  6. Top with desired toppings such as Moore’s Honey BBQ Sauce or Moore’s Asian Teriyaki Sauce
 
Every kid loves sliders, even the pickiest eaters.
 
We also have a little treat for the moms while the kids are working up an appetite during a day of fun in the back yard.

Moore’s Bloody Mary
Ingredients
2 oz.vodka
1 tsp horseradish
½ teaspoon Siracha
1 teaspoon Moore’s Original Marinade
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
6 oz. can of clamato/tomato juice
Cucumber slices, beef jerky, pickled okra and green beans to garnish
 
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except for garnish
  2. Shake over ice
  3. Add desired garnishes and serve
