Moore Cheese, Please
Need a cheese fix? Grab your fondue pots and crockpots and whip up one of these delicious cheese dips. It doesn’t get much better than indulging in a gooey, cheesy snack. 
 
Each of these recipes is unique but equally tasty and comforting. They’re great for game day, and if you’re celebrating Oktoberfest, then prost! they pair well with beer, too! Which one will curb your cheese craving? 
 
Ingredients: 
2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup to 1 1/4 cups milk
2 Tbsp. Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Soft pretzels
 
Instructions:  
  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add flour and cook, whisking constantly, 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. (Do not brown flour.)
  2. Add milk, Mustard Hot Sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder; cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens, about five minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add cheeses, one half-cup at a time, stirring continuously until cheese has completely melted and sauce is smooth. Stir in additional Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce to taste.
  4. Serve in a small slow cooker or fondue pot over low heat.
 
Ingredients: 
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese freshly grated
8 oz. Swiss Cheese, freshly grated
1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
3/4 cup Lager Beer
2 tsp. minced Garlic
2 tsp. stone ground mustard
2 tsp. Moore's Original Marinade
Assorted Vegetables and bread cubes for dipping
 
Instructions: 
  1. Combine cheese with flour and stir to coat.
  2. Bring beer to a simmer in a saucepan over medium/low heat.  
  3. Add mustard, Moore's Original Marinade, and garlic and stir.
  4. Gradually add the cheese mixture, stirring while the cheese is melting.
  5. Transfer to fondue pot and serve with bread cubes and vegetables.
 
Ingredients: 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar or Mexican cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. ranch seasoning mix
2 tbsp. Moore’s Original Marinade 
2-4 jalapeno peppers, deseeded and diced
½ cup crispy cooked and crumbled bacon 
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise 
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley
 
Instructions: 
  1. Stir all ingredients together until combined.
  2. Evenly spread into baking dish. 
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  4. Serve with Tortilla Chips or raw vegetables for dipping.
