Moore’s Top 3 Steak Recipes for Father’s Day
What to get Dad for Father’s Day is the question on everyone’s mind right now. While it might seem hard to find the perfect gift for such an amazing person in your life, dads really aren’t that hard to please. On Father’s Day, more than anything, they really want to spend some quality time with the whole family. 
You may want to get Dad that new tool he’s been hinting about, but a nice dinner with the family is essential. Since we know Dad probably wants a nice, juicy steak, we laid out our top three steak recipes that will make him feel appreciated.  
1 cup Moore's Original Marinade
Olive Oil
Ancho chili rub
4 12-oz strip steaks
1. Apply rub to steaks.
2. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
3. Then take out and coat with Moore's Marinade, be sure to reserve about ¼ cup for later
4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Sprinkle steaks with olive oil and grill four minutes on each side or until you reach preferred doneness.
6. Heat reserved marinade and chili mixture and pour over steaks when done.
1  ½ bottles of Moore's Original Marinade
½ bottle of Italian dressing
4-6 oz. of water
2 1 1/4 -to-1 1/2-inch-thick boneless rib-eye or New York strip steaks 
Minced garlic, 2 tbsp.
Salt and pepper, to taste 
Seasoned salt, to taste
Hot sauce, optional
1. Sprinkle pepper and seasoned salt at the bottom of the pan.
2. Seasoned the steaks with pepper and season salt.
3. Put the steaks into the pan and pour Moore's Marinade and the Italian dressing on top of the steaks until they are covered.
4. Marinate for at least two hours and flip, then marinate for another two hours.
5. Cook the steaks on the grill at 300-350°. Cook to preferred doneness.
6. Dipping sauce: Pour a whole bottle of Moore's Marinade into a saucepan and add 4-6 oz. of water.
7. Put in enough minced garlic to cover the surface of the marinade.
8. Add ½ a bottle of Italian dressing and bring the mixture to a boil.
9. Season the sauce with pepper and seasoned salt to taste. If spiciness is preferred, add hot sauce.
1 cup Moore's Original Marinade
¾ lb. NY Strip steak
½ tsp garlic pepper
1. Sprinkle garlic pepper on the steak. Pour Moore's Marinade into a container that is just large enough to allow the meat to be submerged.
2. Place in refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.
3. Place on grill before turning the flame on, and brush the steaks with unused marinade with each flip.
