How to Bring the Heat this Summer

Made with Moore’s NEW Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce, Grown-Up Mac-n-Cheese is the perfect addition to backyard cookouts and potlucks. 
 
Ingredients: 
1 (16-oz.) package elbow-shaped pasta
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1/2 cup butter
1 small onion, diced
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 cups half-and-half
2 cups heavy cream
2 Tbsp. Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce
1 tsp. sea salt
3 cups freshly grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup freshly grated Swiss cheese
6 cooked bacon slices, chopped
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

After a hot summer day, a chilled bowl of gazpacho is just what you need! Made with fresh summer tomatoes and Moore’s NEW Jalapeno hot sauce, this gazpacho recipe is sure to please. 
 
Ingredients: 
1/2 cup sour dough baguette, cut in 1-inch cubes
3 lbs. tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/4 cup Jalapeño Hot Sauce, divided
2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar, divided
1/4 cup cold water, divided
Salt and pepper
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
Extra virgin olive oil

Firing up the grill? Made with Moore’s NEW Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce, these tangy pork kabobs are a must-try this grilling season. 
 
Ingredients: 
4 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce
¼ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1½ tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 (3/4-lb.) pork tenderloins, cut into 2-inch cubes
4 red or orange bell peppers, cut into cubes
1 (8-oz) package fresh mushrooms
6 (8-inch) skewers
Garnish: fresh chopped rosemary
 
Instructions: 
  1. Place first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag. Seal bag, and shake. Add pork to bag. Seal bag and chill 1 hour.
  2. Coat a grill rack with cooking spray, and place on grill. Preheat grill to 350° to 400° (medium-high) heat. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Thread pork and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
  3. Grill skewers, covered, with grill lid, 14 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through.  Serve with extra Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce, if desired.
