How do you Mac and Cheese? Thanksgiving is quickly approaching and will be here before you know it! While you already have your Thanksgiving meal planned out, it's nice to add in some comfort food before the family starts arriving and the cooking begins!

For a nice, make-you-feel-good meal how about some of everyone's favorite, Mac and Cheese? Either way you like, with buffalo or honey bbq, it'll definitely hit the spot.

Moore’s Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 16-oz. package elbow macaroni
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
 
Cheese Sauce
1 16-oz. container of sour cream
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
1 16-oz. bottle Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 1-oz. package ranch dressing mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated
 
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook elbow macaroni according to instructions on the package.
  3. While it is cooking make cheese sauce using instructions below.
 
Cheese Sauce
  1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in sauce pan on medium-low heat, stir until smooth.
  2. Add evaporated milk, Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce, and ranch dressing mix, stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in 1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and leave it thick.
 
Baking Mac and Cheese
  1. Combine chicken, noodles, and cheese sauce in a baking dish.
  2. Top with panko bread crumbs and remaining cheddar cheese then, drizzle with butter.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until crispy and brown.
 
 
Moore’s Honey BBQ Pork Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
1 package elbow macaroni
1 lb. cooked pork, shredded
1 ½ cups Moore’s Honey BBQ Wing Sauce
1 16-oz. container of sour cream
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated
 
Instructions
  1. Cook elbow macaroni as instructed on package.
  2. While macaroni is cooking, make cheese sauce by combining sour cream and cream cheese in sauce pan on medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add evaporated milk to sauce pan, stirring until smooth.
  4. In saucepan, mix in 1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and leave it thick.
  5. Mix cooked macaroni together with cheese sauce.
  6. Mix shredded chicken with Moore’s Honey BBQ Wing Sauce.
  7. Plate desired amount of macaroni and top with Honey BBQ chicken mixture.
