Grilled Buffalo Pimento Cheese Sandwich and More for Your Master’s Party
The Master’s Golf Tournament in Augusta, Georgia serves up some of the South’s most cherished recipes. One of which is Pimento Cheese that has been a long-time favorite at this major event for golfers and golf enthusiasts. Ask anyone at the tournament what you should eat, and chances are, the pimento cheese sandwich will be one of their top recommendations. 
 
But you don’t have to go all the way to Georgia for a delicious Pimento Cheese spread. You can make it right at home for your Master’s party with our recipes below for a “kicked up” Grilled Buffalo Pimento Cheese Sandwich and Moore’s Secret Pimento Cheese Burger. 
 
Ingredients
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Colby Cheese
2 jars diced Pimento Peppers, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
½ tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Moore’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
8 slices of butter
8 Slices Bread
Bacon, if desired
 
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together, except butter and bread.
2. Spread Pimento Cheese mixture in between two bread slices. Top mixture with cooked bacon if desired. 
3. Heat pan on medium and put a slice of butter in pan. Let melt.
4. Once butter is melted, put sandwich in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until brown and crispy. Take sandwich out of the pan and place another slice of butter in pan. Once butter is melted, place sandwich back in pan to grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes until brown and crispy. 
 
Burger Ingredients
¼ cup Moore's Original Marinade
1 lb. ground beef
¼ red onion, minced fine
Hamburger buns 
Desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion)
 
Moore’s Buffalo Pimento Cheese Ingredients
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Colby Cheese
2 jars diced Pimento Peppers, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
½ tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Moore’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
 
Instructions
1. Combine meat, Moore's Marinade and onion.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. While meat is marinating, mix together ingredients for Moore’s Buffalo Pimento Cheese. Set in refrigerator. 
4. Form burger patties and grill as usual.
5. Serve on hamburger buns with buffalo pimento cheese spread on top, along with other desired toppings.
