Is your fridge loaded with leftovers? Lucky you! Thanksgiving dinner is truly the gift that keeps on giving. Make the most out of your fall feast by transforming the leftovers into satisfying sandwiches and casseroles.  
 
The simple tastiness of Moore’s Ham and Swiss Sliders makes them an all-time favorite. Serve them for brunch, lunch or even as a snack! Whatever the occasion, they will be a crowd-pleaser! If you still have more ham to use, Moore’s Zesty Garden Herb Breakfast casserole is a great make-ahead dish for family breakfast. 
 
Now for the turkey leftovers…Moore’s Turkey Buffalo Ranch Roll Ups are quick, easy and a must-have for kids’ lunches! Use the remaining turkey to whip up Moore’s Turkey Enchiladas for an easy, one-dish dinner. Check out all the recipes below! 
 
Ingredients: 
12 Hawaiian dinner rolls, sliced open
12 pieces of ham
12 pieces of Swiss cheese, cut to fit roll size
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 T. minced onion
1/2 T. yellow mustard
1 T. Moore's Original Marinade
1/2 T. poppy seeds
1 tsp. sugar
 
Instructions: 
  1. Melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat.
  2. To the melted butter add onion, mustard, Moore's, sugar and poppy seeds. Stir to mix.
  3. Separate rolls and place the bottoms in a sprayed 9"X13" oven safe dish.
  4. Brush butter mixture over the bottoms of the rolls.
  5. Stuff each roll with a piece of ham and a piece of cheese.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls (inside and out) with the butter mixture.
  7. At this point you can cover and refrigerate up to two days before baking.
  8. To bake, cover the dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  9. Then uncover and bake for about 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
Ingredients: 
1 cup Moore’s Zesty Garden Herb Marinade 
8 eggs
1 cup cubed potatoes Small cubes
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup your choice ham, sausage, or bacon chopped
1 onion chopped
Sliced tomato
 
Instructions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 2 qt casserole dish with non stick spray.
  2. Whisk eggs add marinade and whisk again.
  3. Stir in potato, onion, and meat.
  4. Pour into casserole dish. Top with tomato slices.
  5. Bake 1 hour. Once egg is mostly set top with cheese and bake additional 15 – 20 min.
  6. Remove from oven let set 10 mins before cutting.
 
Ingredients: 
1 pack of tortillas
1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 Globe tomato, chopped
1 cup Moore's Creamy Ranch Buffalo 
1 lb. Turkey, sliced
 
Instructions
  1. Cut turkey into slices of desired thinness.
  2. Spread Moore's Creamy Ranch Buffalo sauce on tortillas and add turkey, lettuce, and tomato.
  3. Roll up tightly and cut in half for serving.
 
Ingredients: 
¼ cup Moore's Original Marinade
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup onion chopped
½ cup green chilies diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked turkey cubed
12 flour or corn tortillas
 
Instructions:
  1. Combine Moore's Marinade, soup, sour cream and chilies in a medium pot. 
  2. Heat thoroughly.
  3. Warm tortillas in damp towel in microwave.
  4. Coat a 13X9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Mix cheeses, onion, turkey and 1 cup soup mixture, in a separate bowl.
  6. Add 2 tbsp of cheese/turkey mixture in center of each tortilla.
  7. Then roll tortilla up and place in baking dish
  8. Pour remaining soup mixture over top and sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
