Sometimes it’s all about the sides. Take your picnics, cookouts and family dinners to a new level with these not-so-ordinary summer side dishes. After all, a perfectly-grilled piece of chicken, steak or seafood can’t stand alone! 
 
Made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, these side dishes are not only as light and refreshing as they look, but they also pair perfectly with your favorite cut of meat or fish. Plus, these recipes are easy to prepare while your protein is on the grill. 
 
On hot summer days, this light and refreshing salad cannot be beat. The unexpected sweet watermelon combined with the acidity of the tomatoes will surprise your guests with great flavor. Add a dash of Moore’s NEW Habanero Hot Sauce for an extra kick of heat and flavor! 
 
Instructions: 
½ cup red onions
1 ½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
½ cup sliced cucumbers
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup Zesty Garden Herb Marinade
1 ½ cup sliced seedless watermelon
½ cup arugula
1 cup Feta cheese
Salt to taste
 
Ingredients: 
  1. Mix all the ingredients and toss.
  2. Can serve with corn, ribs, fish and shrimp.

1/2 cup sour dough baguette, cut in 1-inch cubes
3 lbs. tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
1/4 cup Jalapeño Hot Sauce, divided
2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar, divided
1/4 cup cold water, divided
Salt and pepper
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
Extra virgin olive oil
