The summer months are often filled with festive gatherings. Whether you’re celebrating a graduation, an engagement, a reunion or another special occasion, here are our go-to recipes for each occasion. 
 
For an engagement party or evening cocktail party, please your guests by popping some champagne and serving Moore’s Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs. Because these meatballs are simple to serve with toothpicks, they make the perfect party-friendly appetizer. 
 
Ingredients: 
2 lbs ground chicken
1 cup panko
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup milk
 
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
3 cloves minced garlic
 
4 tablespoons minced green onions (scallions)
3 tablespoons chopped water chestnuts
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, juices drained
1 bottle Moore's Asian Teriyaki Wing Sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

For a celebratory brunch, you can’t go wrong with a classic quiche, veggie dip and a simple bite-size dessert. The Moore's Ham and Broccoli Quiche is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. 
 
Ingredients: 
1 frozen pie crust, 10", unbaked
1 cup diced ham
1 cup broccoli, cooked, chopped, and drained well
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup half and half
1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 T Moore's Original Marinade
2 T butter, melted
½ t Salt
¼ t Black pepper
1 T Flour
 
Instructions: 
  1. Bake pie crust according to package directions. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl combine eggs, half and half, 1 cup of Swiss cheese, Moore's Original Marinade, butter, flour, salt, and pepper; stir with a whisk.
  3. In the pie crust, layer the remaining ingredients in this order: broccoli (well drained), ham, mushrooms, ½ cup Swiss cheese. Then, pour the egg mixture over the top.
  4. Place the filled crust on a cookie sheet and place in a preheated oven at 375 F.
  5. Cook for 40-45 minutes or until the pie sets completely and is golden brown. 
 
Before heading out of town for a family reunion or celebratory trip, consider preparing some food for the whole crew to enjoy. Try making a tub of Moore’s Teriyaki Chicken Salad to enjoy throughout the trip. It can be served along, as a sandwich or with crackers! 
 
Ingredients: 
¼ cup broccoli chopped
2 tsp Moore's Teriyaki Marinade
1 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions tops chopped
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp red bell pepper chopped
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 stalks celery chopped
Cooked, Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, chopped
 
Instructions:
  1. Sauté broccoli in sesame oil, but don't let it get limp.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients together.
  3. Put broccoli and chicken salad mixture on Big Sky Bread. 
 
For a casual backyard birthday party or gathering, you can’t go wrong with these Slow Cooker Buffalo Ranch Sandwiches. All you need is 3 ingredients and your slow cooker and dinner is done!  
 
Ingredients: 
1 bottle (16 oz.) Moore’s Creamy Ranch Buffalo wing sauce
1 lb boneless chicken breasts
Hamburger buns, pita bread, salad, etc.
