Not only are these recipes great for everyday snacking, but they’re also up-to-par for serving to guests. 
 
First, for a healthier spin on your beloved buffalo wings, try these Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. Made with Moore’s Original Buffalo Wing Sauce, these bites are still full of buffalo flavor but are a lighter option than fried wings.
 
Ingredients: 
2 heads cauliflower
1 cup flour

1/4 green bell pepper - tiny dice
1/4 cup red bell pepper - tiny dice
1/4 cup onion - tiny dice
8 oz. cream cheese – softened try reduced fat cream cheese for an even healthier option
1 tbsp. half and half or milk
salt and black pepper to taste

Lastly, swap your go-to slider or sandwich recipe for this Asian Chicken Tender Wrap. Made with grilled chicken, veggies, rice and more, this wrap recipe is nutritious and full of #MooreFlavor. To serve to a crowd or enjoy as a snack, slice the wrap into halves or thirds.

10 - 6" Flour Tortillas
1 1/2 pounds Chicken Tenderloins
1/4 cup Cashews, chopped*
1/2 cup  plus 1 Tbsp. Moore's Asian Teriyaki Wing Sauce, divided
For Asian Slaw:
1/2 Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
1 Carrot, thinly sliced
4 Green Onions, chopped
1 cup Rice, cooked
2 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
*Cashews are optional if a nut allergy is present
 
Instructions:  
  1. Grill chicken tenderloins while brushing with Moore's Asian Teriyaki Wing Sauce on each side.  Cook until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
  2. Mix all slaw ingredients together.
  3. Place slaw, chicken, and chopped cashews into tortillas, drizzle with reserved Moore's Asian Teriyaki Wing Sauce and roll.
  4. You can enjoy these wraps served warm or cold.
